" Having a dependable cleaning service gives us the freedom to book back-to-back rentals when we couldn't do that before. The linen service is a particular favorite, since Sunset's sheets and towels are nicer than what we had in the house! Because Sunset does a check-in/check-out, we no longer have to give renters our lockbox code and then worry about changing it each time we come up. When our heating went out, Sunset was over immediately with space heaters for our freezing guests, while also coordinating a contractor to come fix the problem for us. Getting bulk rates on amenities like wireless internet, cleaning and snow removal not only helps us save a little money, but it cuts down on the number of bills and service providers we have to worry about."

"I just wanted to take a minute and tell you how much I appreciate the efforts of Chris and also other staff members who were involved with our deck failure. Chris went beyond the call of duty in getting information to me and getting the deck secured so that I did not have to make a special trip to Sunriver. We were on vacation at the time and were sometimes unable to use our phone but Chris always assured me that he would take care of the problem which he did. In addition whoever made the decision to move our renters in spite of losing August revenue made the correct decision. We were all fortunate to avert what could been a serious liability problem if someone had of been injured.
I guess all of this reinforces our satisfaction with Sunset Realty as our property manager. We had been with at least 3 others (rental companies) before Sunset and I am not sure that any of them would have put in the effort that Chris and your staff did. Thanks again!"
