Please note that Sunset Realty is not responsible for lost and misplaced items. We do try our best to return any items you may have left; however, we do charge a $10.00 handling fee and UPS shipping charges for the return of all items. We regret we have to do this, but it is very costly for the time, energy and labor it takes to keep track of all the items that are left in our homes on a regular basis.

Items not claimed within 90 days of departure are donated to local charities by Sunset Realty.
