Summer is almost here...the pools are open, the river is warming up, and our 75 plus temperatures came early this year. We wanted to let you know that if you are looking for a shorter stay in July, we can accommodate you. Two and three night stays are possible, so give us a call if you want to spend your July in Sunriver with Sunset Realty!

COME TO THE BANK OF THE CASCADES SUNRIVER SUNFEST CELEBRATION!
The Bank of the Cascades Sunriver Sunfest will take place Saturday June 16, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 17, from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. at the Village at Sunriver, formerly known as the Sunriver Village Mall. Festival admission is free, and proceeds will benefit Three Rivers Elementary in Sunriver.
Sunfest of Sunriver will feature 30 wineries from throughout the region offering guests the opportunity to purchase tastes, glasses and bottles of outstanding wine.
There will be numerous vendors selling arts & crafts items, food, cheese and other fun products. In addition there is fun for the whole family with the Kids Fun Zone, featuring an inflatable jump castle, build your own teddy bear, bumper cars and more! A portion of the proceeds from the Bank of the Cascades Sunriver Sunfest will be donated to Three Rivers Elementary, underwriting the costs of music instruments, sheet music, books and other student equipment needs.
Bank of the Cascades Sunriver Sunfest is the premier wine festival in Central Oregon, offering both locals and visitors to Central Oregon the opportunity to experience wines from throughout the region at the Village at Sunriver the third weekend each June. Over 3,000 people will be on hand to enjoy not only a glass of great wine, but also a variety of vendors that provide interesting and valued goods such as cheeses, arts and crafts, other food products, and a special activity area for kids and fantastic local entertainment, making the Bank of the Cascades Sunriver Sunfest an event for the entire family.

JUNE 1 First Friday Gallery Walk. The streets of Bend fill with art patrons on the first Friday of every month as Downtown Bend &

custom furniture of the West and serves as an essential aspect of the High Desert Museum's Annual High Desert Rendezvous
Auction. The show will open with a public reception. All items will be up for silent auction from June 29 through July 22, 2007.
