- Friendly and Professional Check-in & Check-out – Key pick-up and drop-off is located at our Sunriver office, preventing your guests from showing up early to your home when it is not prepared, or when a renter may still be there. Our front desk staff will greet your guest with a smile—like they were one of our own—and provide them with a detailed map to your home.
- Concierge Services for Your Guests – We’ll recommend dining, activities and recreation, and more to help make your guest’s stay more enjoyable. Our staff is here to answer any questions they may have about the area.
- Weekly Security Checks and Walk-Thrus – Safeguard your home against theft, leaky toilets or frozen pipes. We keep an eye out on your home for you.
- 24 Hour On-Call Maintenance and Office Staff– We’re here to handle your guest emergency calls 24 hours a day. Have a guest that is locked out at 2am? We’ll be there to let them in.
- Professional Housekeeping & Inspections – Do you worry about a cleaning service that may take short cuts or not clean to your high standards? Our homes are inspected after every clean to ensure our high standards of cleanliness are met and maintained. A clean, well-prepared home is essential in pleasing your guest.
- Professional Maintenance Services – Need a plumber? Need a bike fixed, or replacement of a malfunctioning TV? Our Maintenance staff is here to take care of any issue that may arise. We want to make sure your home and its contents are in good working order, so your guest will have fond vacation memories.
- Professional Key Control – Contractors and cleaners going in and out of your home at will is bound to lead to a disaster. Key control is necessary for ensuring that your home and its belongings are safe. We provide a secure location for key check-out, check-in, and keep detailed records of who enters your home.
- Monthly Statements and Accounting – Monthly accounting statements and referral checks will be mailed to you on the 10th of every month guaranteed.
- Renter Damage Control – Our closers arrive after each guest departure to ensure all of your home’s valuables are still there. We will alert you if we see anything out of the ordinary.
- Easy, Online Reservation Access – Stay on top of your reservation activity…you can view or make bookings online anytime of the day when you login onto our secure web site.
- Low Monthly Cost – Compared with standard rental program fees, you’ll save on your expenses without compromising standards that your guests have come to expect in a vacation rental home.
The best part of this program is the opportunity for you to make money without having to do a thing. Since we are a vacation rental management company, we can take all of the overflow business you are turning away and turn it into MONEY for you. We would pay you a 10% referral fee on all of the business you refer to our office. For example, if your home is booked for President’s Day weekend and you refer five potential guests to Sunset and we book four out of the five at an average of $600 per stay, you would receive a referral for the month of February of $240. This would more than likely cover your costs of cleaning and maintenance for the month. Think about how much potential there is during the months of July and August with the average booking being $1000 or more.
