"I just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time at Sunriver and Mt. Bachelor this past Dec. 27-31. As you may remember, we are the family that had the reservation date messed up (2008 vs. 2007...) and were without a house to stay in during those 4 days!
Sue and I really appreciated your professional and personal attention to our needs and while the solution was not perfect for either you or us, we ended up with a very satisfactory outcome. By the way, the second house we stayed at was very nice and we will try to rent it next year! Based on the effective way you handled the problem I assure you we will continue to use your firm for future reservations and we have nothing but good things to say to others about the excellent customer service you provide.
